I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Milan that truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly helpful and professional staff. Every member of the team—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, courteous, and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was providing directions, helping with restaurant recommendations, or arranging transportation, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident and deeply appreciated. One of the standout features of this hotel is its unbeatable location. Situated just a short walk from Politecnico di Milano, it was the perfect base for my academic and professional engagements. The convenience of being so close to the university saved me a great deal of time and made my daily schedule much more manageable. In addition to its proximity to Politecnico, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant selection of restaurants and cafés. Whether I was in the mood for a quick espresso, a traditional Milanese meal, or international cuisine, I never had to venture far. The neighborhood is lively yet peaceful, offering a perfect balance of local charm and urban convenience. Another major highlight was the hotel’s closeness to the iconic Duomo di Milano. Being able to stroll to one of the most famous landmarks in the city within minutes was a real treat. I enjoyed several early morning and evening walks to the Duomo, soaking in the stunning architecture and the energy of the surrounding piazza. It added a magical touch to my stay and made sightseeing incredibly accessible. Transportation was also a breeze thanks to the nearby metro station. Just a few steps from the hotel, the metro made it easy to explore other parts of Milan quickly and efficiently. Whether I was heading to a business meeting or planning a day trip, the convenience of the metro station was invaluable. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It offered all the amenities

Art Hotel Navigli is situated in a very hip part of the city, where the Milanese gather in the vast array of bars restaurants and cafes to socialise and eat. It is just off the Grand Navigli river with picturesque bridges and colourful buildings. From Genova station on the other side of the river, it is just 4 stops or 10 mins into the heart of the city. The hotel had a vast array of works of art to suit all tastes, and a guidebook is found in the room, so you can search them out on different floors. The rooms were spacious and accommodated two single beds with ease. Toiletries are high quality and eco and replaced daily. All staff from the bar to the restaurant and main desk were exceedingly helpful, we were remembered and also our preferences to coffee choice etc. The selection at breakfast was unbelievable and catered for all diets, including coeliac, vegan, and carnivores! A juicer was provided along with apples, pears, carrots, celery, turmeric, ginger, etc, so you could make your own cold pressed juice. The hotel provided many lounges both indoor and outdoor, where more works of art are displayed. The fitness suite included TechnoGym equipment, a sauna and steam room, and an outdoor roof terrace to relax. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. Housekeeping usually serviced our room late afternoon, which is fine if you are going into the city centre for the day but proved problematic if you fancied a day chilling in the hotel.

The Hotel is located in a very beautiful lively area, next to the canal, with plenty of restaurants and bars that serve delicious dishes at reasonable prices. Although the hotel is located in a restricted vehicles zone, but we were able to drive our rented car not more than 100 meters and park in the hotel's parking. The front desk staff were very helpful and very polite, and answered any question delightfully with a smile. Room size is fare enough for two, clean and in good condition.
